Monday, May 13, 2013. Brendan got the girls dressed and took them to church in the morning, and I was able to sleep in and get some rest with Niels. Later Brendan made a delicious brunch for me. He made crepes with lots of different fillings, a french baguette with brie cheese, and yogurt made from milk from grass fed cows. It was wonderful! Post a comment (1). Pin Images to Pinterest. Saturday, October 4, 2014. I LOVE all of the beautiful flowers at the market, and they are such a deal. I was feeling left out not having a bouquet in my hands, so Brendan bought me some even though I really had no place to put them while traveling. The produce is so colorful! Wednesday, December 17, 2014. We had such a good time on our trip even doing something as simple as taking the ferry ride over to Vancouver Island. We've never taken our car on a ferry, so it was pretty exciting for us all. When we arrived on Vancouver Island, we headed down to Victoria to the Butchart Gardens. They were gorgeous! Key West and Miami. Sunday, December 29, 2013. No such thing as traveling light with three small children. We had 3 car seats, a double stroller, 2 checked bags, and 3 carry ons. We stayed at the Parrot Key Resort and loved it. The greenery was beautiful and our place was right by the 4 garden pools. We also had a cute back porch with sand and a waterfront view.
