Saturday, February 12, 2011. Excited to leave for Brazil! After missing our flight in Phoenix we spent a day that should have been spent in Rio in Charolette NC. We made the most of it by going to this cool restaurant that we saw on the TV show "Diners Drive-ins and Dives. The food was as good as advertised, especially the fried pickles. Saturday, May 14, 2011. San Antonio and Louisiana Plantations. We decided to take the kids to New Orleans over Spring Break this year. We drove all day from Snowflake to San Antonio. Oct 8, 2011. Tomorrow is my baby's 15th birthday! I can't believe that many years have passed! He is such a great kid to have around.I think we'll keep him! Carter always has something interesting to say he is sure to make you laugh! Carter is creative and very silly. He does great in school and is a very responsible boy!
