Appunti presi di corsa. 404 Page Not Found. Agosto in bianco. Nel senso dell’imbiancatura di innumerevoli soffitti che precede ogni ingresso in una nuova casa (le pareti non sono bianche, invece). Nel senso della non corsa. Un senso non angoscioso stavolta, perché ciò che non corro lo salgo a scale, lo porto a braccia, lo smonto a cacciaviti e chiavi inglesi (e a volte anche “a voce”). Monday, October 26, 2009. Still recovering from a back to back race held yesterday and saturday, one in SG and the other in KL. have done a competitive race in Sg's Nike Human Race 10K. Which earn me a pr time of 50:13(gun time) and a sub 50(49:54 chip time) woooohoooo! Im not that surprised if my time improved a lot (from 54mins) guess I owe it to my constant training for the coming Singapore Marathon this December. I also got to taste the very hot weather that day. 24102009 The Day the World Runs.

Adventures of a non runner. Star wars convention on the run. January 21, 2015. Sorta but not really…it was the Star Wars Half Marathon 2015! Yep I was amongst fellow runners dressed in our finest star wars running clothes this last weekend. RunDisney did it again and pulled off a great race. I was pleased to have moved up from the dreaded corral far far away to middle of the pack in corral C. For a quick recap of the race i’ll give the pros and cons:. Star Wars theme (need I say more). Expo was well done.
