I saw this on Food Network while I was working out and I had to make it when I got home :) I didn't use dill, but used fresh thyme I had leftover from another recipe and I thought it was wonderful. I also used store bought ricotta instead of making the ricotta, but look forward to trying to make ricotta in the future. Recipe: Herbed ricotta bruschettas.
