the salty pig

Friday, June 5, 2015. The Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul. The coldest winter in the history of man came to an end. But some of it were purdy too. I was always a Skippy man, but the Peter Pan is preferred by nuts. Noah, Adison and Larry on vacation in Norf Caroliner. They're special! One of the first Chipomunks of Spring enjoying a lazy chipomunk morning. Our chipmunk breeding program continues unabated. I don't dig on beefs so much no more, but this looked so fine I had to take a picture. *****, be cool!

the salty pig: July 2013

http://thesaltypig.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html

Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Next stop. Gaysville! These days, if you aren't in Gaysville, you probably wish that you were. It wasn't so "groovy" when I was twelve! Not having children of our own, on the occasion that we "borrow" one (like Noah here), we have no idea how to properly care for them. Our very own "organic" vegetables. An unyun, pees and Toddy-taters. Back to New Jersey for Taylor's graduation party! Back in the Vermont. Mushrooms is crazy! Shelly practicing the dark arts to get a fire started.

the salty pig: Rabbitch Season

http://thesaltypig.blogspot.com/2014/09/rabbitch-season.html

Sunday, September 7, 2014. The animals are photographed often enough that they've begun to pose. The internet's most amazing hair. View of the Rutland "Airport" from the Appalachian / Long Trail near Clarendon. The Rabbitch relaxes after a long day. A spring peeper. in the summer! Will the global warming madness never end? Thanks to the Craig and Stacey we finally started putting the floor down in the "library". I got to use this! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). At the bottom of each post.

Friday, October 19, 2012. Leaf Peepin' and Horse Whisperin'. Leaf Peepin' and Horse Whisperin' near Bird (or Birdseye) Mountain off Route 4A near Castleton, Vermont. This reminds me of my "General Theory of Human Nature": Rule #14 - People like to burn things (everybody likes fire! The owner of the barn in our yard. He enjoys nuts. Shelly pretending to order around her Uncle. John put up the textured paint (it was a little messy! And I painted it the next day. Shelly supervised / did the edging.

Wednesday, December 4, 2013. We got us one of them critter cams to guess-ticulate what walked around the back-yard once the sun went under the covers. Possum! Don't try and caress one of these princesses of the night as they will gladly feast on fingers and toes as well as hop toads. This here skunk been acting like he own the place. Sit down, Mr. Man! You best smell what you shovelin! Don't make me come over there! We tried baitin the field with the help of cat food and beer. No critters up in here!
