After the events of 9/11, the government of the United States of America launched the Samaritan Project as a response to this critical phase of history. Facing unconvential foreign and domestic threats, the USA need an unconventional solution. The details of the Project have largely been kept secret, in the interests of national security. The Samaritans is a project of Whispering Wishes Foundation, a not-for-profit voluntary organisation registered under Sec 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Corporate Identity Number U93000DL2012NPL235201). The Samaritans is a group of voluntary individuals who are trained in basic first aid and trauma care management. They are trained to be the first responders in times of road accidents in particular and any other calamities and disasters in general. Join a Course and become a Samaritan.
