Saturday, June 12, 2010. Sour Cherry and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies. I'm going to tell you a secret. If you add fruit and oatmeal to anything, anything. Even if it contains two whole sticks of butter and nearly two cups of sugar, you can then call it healthy and feel very good about yourself and your superior self control. Or, you can pretend, at least. So maybe they're not exactly healthy, though they do have some healthy components. But who cares? Sour Cherry and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies.

I love soft pretzels, and for years. I bought the frozen kind in the big blue box. You know the ones. I'm ashamed. Deeply. But I've changed! I have seen the light (inside my oven. I've been using the same scone recipe for a long time now, as it was just about perfect for my tastes. But I tried something a little different with them today, and thank Cthulhu, I'm glad I did! These are my new go-to, basic scones. See, scones don't have to be triangular. In fact, they prefer circular. Fact. Makes about 10 scones).

Nuevamente nos adentramos a otro proyecto de booklet con los The Sconek-T, con quien hemos trabajado desde el album Corriente Alterna, entre otros proyectos. En esta tercera edición, la banda desconectada le dedica su album a la película El Jorobado de Notre Dame de 1923de Don Chaney, y es de esta misma película de la que se basa el arte entero del disco por el artista Pablo Suárez [etis hagen].
