RETREAT TO THE BEACH. Seaside offers such a wide variety of activities for all ages. Downtown Seaside hosts annual art and wine walks for the adults, and arcades, bumper boats and bumper cars for the kids, and kids at heart. The Aquarium is always a must. Learn the history of the ocean, and laugh outloud when feeding the seals. Home of the annual sand castle building contest, and the annual Beach volley ball tournament, there are many reasons to come to Seaside.

RETREAT TO THE BEACH. The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy home tucked away on a gravel drive backing the Nekanikum river. There is a park one block away, that has swings, and monkey bars for the kids, and a basketball hoop for pick up games in the park. One block away is Seaside Public Golf Course. The house is 5 blocks from the beach. It is located on the south side of Seaside, and perfect for watching the surfers that surf on the south side of town. There are two adult bikes, and one child's bike.
