Aunque cómo la forma de consumirlo es en crudo, apetece mucho más cara al buen tiempo. En Francia es típico comerlo con mantequilla y pan, dándole así importancia. Así que tengo que decir que tendría que haberlo probado antes.muy bueno! Es una combinación súper delicada y refinada, recomendable para todo amante a la gastronomía.

Creo que desde que estoy en Francia me doy más cuenta de los cambios de estación y con la Pascua a la vuelta de la esquina empiezan los primeros rayos de Sol.que desde luego son muy bien recibidos ;). Así que a una le dan más ganas de hacer más cosas, como es evidente porque en invierno yo cargo con la estufa/bolsa de agua caliente/chimenea/manta de lana. a cuestas! Para las de queso.
