I ventured out with my camera the other day and my goodness I took an interesting picture! When I reviewed the pics this is what appeared in a picture of Serena, my Paso Fino mare. I had to look up about rainbow horses for fun…and I read that Jesus rides a rainbow horse up in Heaven. Well, that’s good enough for me and more verification that these animals are so significant to our existance and our spirituality. Everyone wants happiness,. But can’t have a rainbow. What is sharing territory with a horse? It is a way to bond with your horse in a non-invasive way. Just hanging out, without asking, demanding, expecting anything. Imagine.just sitting in a chair, reading a book, observing nature, perhaps meditating, or writing a journal. Just experiencing being with your horse, or in your herd with no expectations. Spirit Of The Horse -Cancelled for 2015. It was cancelled due to the fact that I have sold my equestrian facility, Seasons Ranch, and am moving in July to a smaller, undeveloped as yet for horses…acreage in Marchand, MB. Plans are in the works for a Spirit Of The Horse presentation and retreat in Summer, 2016. It will be in a lovely site for a gathering of spirit minded horses and people.
