Friday, February 26, 2010. Finally, I'm discharged last night around 7pm. I've went through a series of tests like Pressure Test, X-ray, Ultrasound, Blood Test and Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. The total cost of all the tests are around RM1700, but luckily ING is able to cover for this. The doctor who did the Endoscopy to me is Dr Ong from Pantai Hospital at Cheras. Preparation for Upper Gastrointestinal (GI) Endoscopy:. Process of Upper GI Endoscopy:. Doctor will then inject the sedative on my hand.

Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Our company held team building event at Klana Resort @ Seremban on 20 - 21 Dec 2008. We got a lot of outdoor activities there like Rappelling, Flying Fox, Obstacle Race, Treasure Hunt and Archery. We also have a formal dinner in Klana Resort, and during the dinner we have lucky draw and some games to play too. That night I was quite lucky, got I got in the list for Top 10 lucky draw items. Hehe. guess what i get this time? Farah, Janice, Me and Shoba @ Klana Resort Ball Room.

Thursday, October 23, 2008. Recently, I just bought one cute shih tzu puppy from Mudah.com.my. I named her as Yumi, a cute Japanase name. She likes to sleep and eat. She is quite lazy, may be because she is still young. She is now about 2 months and 2 weeks old. She also very manja, when her mami is not around or away for just a few seconds, she already start barking and make noise. These pictures were taken when she is about 7 weeks old. Arh i feel so relaxed when i lied down like that.

Friday, January 30, 2009. When my sister and I were playing with Yumi, my sister suddenly saw some tiny thing on floor so she picked up and we found out it was Yumi's teeth haha. very tiny but sharp. She start dropping her puppy teeth since a week ago, this was her second time we found her dropping teeth. Links to this post. Wednesday, January 28, 2009. What kind of style you would like to choose for your dream room? Modern, Classic, Cute, Lovely, Romantic, or you just need a simple looking room? So, what would your dream room look like? Modern Room with glass, but you can't sleep when the sun shine :p. This one look like you are on the ship. All white room, look clean and fresh.

Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Recently quite often that I've gastric pain, and now is getting worse. I've research a lot of articles regarding this problem and found out I've matches quite a few of those symptoms. I'm really worried it might be H. pylori, stomach ulcer or even worse than that. I went to Yoga Zone on Sunday in Plaza Damas for my first yoga lesson. I join the beginner class for my first free trial lesson. It took 1 hour for this class. It's consider quite tiring for person like me who seldom do exercise :p hehe. The next day after the yoga, i got a little body or bone ache. 2 Dog and Cat Pose.
