I have to be completely honest, my faith in the system, that we are in fact "the good guys", has really been shaken to the core. In many ways the saying "ignorance is bliss" is absolutely accurate. When I first heard about the scandals, I can remember saying to myself 'Well, sometimes things like that are necessary".
