From Dogs to Baby: March 2011
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Thursday, March 10, 2011. Sensory Exploration or Torturing a Toddler. So what does one do with an active toddler in January when it's cold as shit out? Park districts, libraries, lunches, Woodfield. But that's all during the day. Finger painting. Seemed like a nice before-bath evening activity. Oh my God, it won't come off my hands! This is the worst day of my life! But with a little patience and guidance. She learned to love it. And maybe one day. Wednesday, March 9, 2011. It's too ba...

From Dogs to Baby: October 2011
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Last of Austin pics. You see, I can't even come up with a good title for my blog entries anymore. I need to get back on the blog train and update this because it will be important to Ella one day. I hope. Here's a puppy that Kerry tried to convince mean Michael to keep but he refused! We went out for on of Kerry's friend's b-days. One night so we had babysitters come over. Ella had a ball with the girls. Beer is gross by the way. Notice Cole's candy cigarette.

From Dogs to Baby: October 2010
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Last of the Texans. So we're back home in Carpentersville. On Monday we took a 5:00 pm flight home. On the way to the airport Aidan was telling me that his mom is going to cry a lot and that she will do this for hours and needs to just get over it! Kerry has raised one empathetic little boy. Then Cole asked me if I had another baby if it would be a girl because if that happens then they can take Ella! Monday, October 25, 2010. This one is my favorite:.

From Dogs to Baby. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Ella's 15 month stats. Last week, Ella went to the doctor for her 15 month check-up and shots. I know I say it too often, but this kid was a rock star. Here are her stats:. Weight: 19 pounds, 9 ounces (10%). Height: 30.5 inches (50-75%). Head: 18 inches (50%). This kid has teeth. And lots of them. I call her Madonna cuz. She continues to be a super picky eater. Loves: yogurt, bread, any kind of fruit, crackers, cheese, and the occasional meat item. Hates: vegg...

From Dogs to Baby: December 2012
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Wednesday, December 5, 2012. What can you say about an eight year old dog who died? That he was handsome. And mischievous . That he loved dog parks and swimming. And treats. And me. Boy was he handsome. When I look back at pictures from his last few months it's hard to see how much he had changed and wasted away. I always knew he was a special dog. One of those, once in a lifetime dogs. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Ella @ 1 Week. Ella @ 9 Weeks. Ella @ 3 months.

From Dogs to Baby: January 2011
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Everytime I visit Austin, my sister tries to get some nice shots of the kids together. Everytime I visit Austin, Ella gets sick and is incapable of posing for said photos. See that damn snack trap? Wouldn't put it down or screamed bloody murder which made snot come out of her at an alarming rate. This was our most unsuccessful photo shoot to date. Of course, if she was in my arms she was happy, that was until she ran out of snacks. Ladies Night and Snake Farm.

From Dogs to Baby: The Mirazozo in Downtown Austin
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2012/01/mirazozo-in-downtown-austin.html
From Dogs to Baby. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. The Mirazozo in Downtown Austin. The Mirazozo is a luminarium sculpture people enter to be immersed in radiant light and color. Since 1992 it has traveled to 37 countries. It was made in Nottingham, England. Yep, we took that many kids. Take a good look friends because this is our future. There were a bunch of volunteer teachers running the joint and boy were some of them on a power trip. Shushing and stalking and scolding. Pretty annoying. Ella @ 1 Week.

From Dogs to Baby: February 2011
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. December at the dogpark. Otis will be eight this year but he's still got it. Greta is an undetermined age so who knows how old she'll be. Saturday, February 12, 2011. Grandma's Journal - Michael Jackson. Here's a funny excerpt from my Grandma's journal about Michael Jackson and his sexuality. And that's me rocking my MJ shirt on my sixth birthday. Thursday, February 10, 2011. Poor Aid never gets a moment's rest. Later in the day, we, I mean I lost Ella....

From Dogs to Baby: December 2010
http://fromdogstobaby.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
From Dogs to Baby. Friday, December 31, 2010. Odds and Ends from December. Yeah, yeah, we know. We've all sucked at blogging lately. Maybe it's the weather, the holidays, the things going on in our lives or maybe we're just bored of ourselves! So here's some catching up from December. When my sister came in she bought Ella a new wardrobe for Christmas. Too bad she didn't buy me one. When she wins the lotto, I know I'll be first in line for her spoils! Here's Otis hiding from the rath. This year my Aunt B...
