The owl was actually a little purse pattern off another blog I follow, sadly I can't remember the name of the blog, but I decided I would rather like a hanging owl than a purse.I jus tlove owl's of the hooky or fabric kind! Thursday, 7 June 2012. He just had to be a tiger on the day and what a great time they had. Hamish looks rather serious here alm...

Every time I look at it, it makes me smile. So from this drab and dreary cushion. . . . .to this Ta-Dah! I really truly do love it sooo much it just makes me smile! And I saw this sweet little tin of crochet goodness on ebay and just had to have, have, have it! Bye for now x. Wednesday, 20 August 2014. We paused to t...

all things crafty: Exploring
http://madaboutstitching.blogspot.com/2014/08/exploring.html
Tuesday, 19 August 2014. We decided to explore in the gorgeous summer sun! We concluded no adventure would be complete without Woody the dog tagging along. Hamish found the lily pads fascinating and started talking about frogs. Which got him wondering how they balance on them and whether or not they sink with the weight of the frogs. I found his conversation charming and giggle worthy. We paused to take in the wildlife and the amazing views. I just have to say it turned out to be a blisteringly hot day!

Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on!: August 2012
http://bijouxbaby.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on! Quilts and crafts from me to you. Sunday, August 19, 2012. I finished these last month, but it took me a while to find my camera. Apparently it was in the car, who knew! For the boys, the Grinch is one of their favorites, so that's what I used. Ordinarily, I don't use much white when sewing for kids, but I thought pillowcases would be relatively safe. Thursday, August 16, 2012. Tuesday, August 14, 2012. So any ideas on what to do with my Nightshade stack? R0ssie ...

Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on!: December 2012
http://bijouxbaby.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on! Quilts and crafts from me to you. Sunday, December 16, 2012. I FMQ'd the background in a dense loopy pattern. I appliquéd the hexagons to the background before I quilted it, so they are a little puffy and stand out nicely from the background. I used binding leftover from my friend's quilt. You just can't get any better than that Neopolitan stripe. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Iowa, United States. Wife, mother, crafter, nose wiper and procrastinator of house work.

Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on! Quilts and crafts from me to you. Thursday, September 13, 2012. Have you seen the website Dog-Shaming. It's hilarious. My kids love it. Everyday, when the Wee Monsieur gets home from school, he wants to see if there are any new entries. He insisted that we make our own version for our dogs. You can imagine that the bank was not happy with me. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Iowa, United States. Wife, mother, crafter, nose wiper and procrastinator of house work. If yo...

Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on!: Cross Stitch
http://bijouxbaby.blogspot.com/2013/09/cross-stitch.html
Bijoux Baby Crafts: Sew forth and sew on! Quilts and crafts from me to you. Friday, September 27, 2013. I went to visit a friend in September. I knew I'd need a little something to work on while traveling, but I didn't think I'd have enough hexagons to work on. Then I saw the Frosted Pumpkin Halloween Sampler. But I'm a sewist, so I couldn't just leave it at that. I had to make a case for my projects. I took inspiration from the Sewing Portfolio I had just finished. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
