It was a nice day to go but WOW was it hot! We spent the morning outside watching the bears, giraffe's and the bird show. We asked Sophia what she was going to see at the zoo and she responded with "Chickens". We all thought that was funny until we were at the Bird show and there really was a Chicken! He's Growing Up So Fast!

To love what you do and feel that it matters- how could anything be more fun? Sunday, February 14, 2010. These are the two words I have been asked over and over. You nervous for your surgery? Both, definetly both. Nervous as heck to have some foreign object inserted into my body and be in extreme pain for a week. Nervous to go under and wake up in that "fog". Nervous to learn to walk again and do all normal tasks. But I know God's hand will be all over the Surgeons tomorrow morning. I am excited as well!
