On our journey so far we have called in at several chandlers and they have made us realise how good Storrars are in the service they provide not only in the range of items that they stock but also in the knowledgeable advice available. Reveller is a Vancouver 32 built by Northshore Yachts in 1988. The Vancouvers have a reputation. As a good solid ocean going yachts and she certainly looks and feels solid. When we bought Reveller in July 2010 she seemed to be in generally good condition with only a couple of issues highlighted by the survey. She was a little tired inside with some repair patches in the upholstery but seems to have bee generally fairly well looked after. Quite by chance I phoned IntraMore.

The idea of sailing off to sunnier climes formulated itself over several years. In 2007 we moved up from our 22 foot Invader which we had sailed on Kielder and on the Clyde and bought a Lynx 29 intending to do some extended trips from our base at Royal Quays North Shields.
