Thanksgiving morning, I plop Bristol down on the counter at Children's Urgent Care and tell them that I think she may have eaten a staple. "You said that so calmly," the receptionist tells me. I reply: "Well, she's child number three and this is our first possibly swallowed item, so I think we may be due for one. And she seems totally fine.". I decide to see what I can find on the internet.

Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Mother's Day in Nashville. Mother's Day was so special this year. I am very thankful to the Lord for blessing me with Meredith and giving me the opportunity to be her Mom. I know I will always remember this 1st Mother's Day! We spent Mother's Day weekend in Nashville visiting some of our very best friends, The Axfords and the Winsteads. Many thanks to the Winsteads for letting us stay with them. Meredith and Braden had a blast playing together, and so did their parents!

Tuesday, June 8, 2010. On April 18, Meredith was baptised at Christ United Methodist Church. It was a wonderful day, and a day to be celebrated! Alan and I were excited to have so many family and friends with us on such a special occasion. Thank you to everyone who came and joined us in celebration of her baptism!
