My personal take on life. What happened when I gave up sugar (for 10 days). October 29, 2014 in Uncategorized. Tags: 100 days of real food. Inspired by the 100 days of real food blog. I decided to take the 10 day no sweeteners challenge. I knew that these sweeteners were adding a lot of empty calories to my diet, and that I didn’t need them. I slept through the night, every night. I woke up feeling rested, and that was something that almost never happened! I had way more energy than I had previously!
