June 8, 2012. Have I mentioned how excited I am that summer is right around the corner? Warm nights, long days, traveling, camping, farmers markets….I can’t wait! I am also very excited about our first summer camping trip of the year, no more trying to make s’mores on the gas grill! That first gooey treat of the summer is the whole reason I go camping! Well, maybe not, but it sure is nice having a toasty s’more. After a long day of hiking. I guess I should have made a double batch! 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

Our beautiful daughter Lydia was born on August 10, and she has made our family a little bit more perfect! We are so lucky that everything went smoothly, and I am so happy to not be pregnant anymore!
