Monday, August 22, 2011. Where did the summer go? On the way, Carter wanted nothing to do with holding my hand (a first for him), Sydney let me kiss and hug her all I wanted, and Brighton was not ABOUT to let her mom walk her to her class as a big 5th grader (another first). I'll have to say it's really different having just 1 child at home, but I've had a great time giving him so much attention today. He said at lunch today "Mom, it's just you and me now.". Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Happy Bday Crazy Gavin! I can't believe you're already 2! But then again, I've been telling everyone, "oh, he's almost 2, cant you tell? For almost a year now! You are such a mischevious, wild, strong-willed, energetic, crazy little boy. I guess when you're the 4th you like to make yourself heard and seen! Thursday, June 23, 2011. Happy Birthday, happy boy! My sweet Carter turned 5 years old today. Oh, where would I be without him? Everyone we meet asks the same question about him, "does he ALWAYS have a smile on his face? He truly is one of the happiest/smiliest children I've ever met. We had his party today at Pump It Up. It was wonderful - I just showed up with the cake and ice cream and the rest was taken care of! And most importantly, he had a wonderful time. We love you, Carter! Ben and Emily M.
