February 6, 2010. Super Bowl and Chicken Dip. Every super bowl party needs to have a delicious appetizers. This appetizer is my contribution to this year's party. 8 large chicken boobs (halves - or one sided), cooked and shredded. 2 eight ounce cream cheese. 1 1/3 cups cheddar cheese. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder. 1 tsp cumin powder. Cayenne and red pepper to taste. 4 scallions, chopped. 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies (not drained). 1 can black beans. February 5, 2010.

August 1, 2011. Where do you begin when you haven't blogged forever? It seems like starting in November '10 would be the natural place to pick up, since that was the month that our sweet Beau Lawrence (or as G calls him, "Beau Martin." I don't know where she came up with that one! Entered our world. But it has been 8 months. Is it too late to announce his birth? I think I'll just start blogging again as though I never stopped. Just thinking through where to start has worn me out. August 2, 2011 at 8:56 PM.

I thought it was quite yummy and moist, and I could have easily served it with a little pasta:). 2 pounds lean ground beef. 1 egg, beaten. 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 1 cup cracker crumbs. 3/4 cup whole or evaporated milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste. 1/2 cup pasta sauce. Labels: :Parmesan Meat Loaf. Monday, March 29, 2010. Sun Dried Tomato Dip. 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature. 1/2 cup sour cream.

Thursday, November 4, 2010. A few weeks ago, we headed to the pumpkin patch at Johnson Farm. We had so much fun with our friends, and we all learned a few things about growing pumpkins. Abi got to pick out a pumpkin, and she found the smallest, cutest (don't know if you could even call it a real) pumpkin! Mommy, can I eat this? Finding the chickens with Kelly.
