Beer battered fish tacos. April 26, 2013. Tags: easy fish tacos. Taco tuesday, fishy friday or both! Here’s a quick somewhat easy recipe for some delicious fish tacos. enjoy and cheers! The beer battered fish:. 2 lbs white fish, cut in chunks. 1 cup self-rising flour. 1 cup beer (I used Racer 5 (husband’s beer) would probably try something lighter like blue moon). 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Vegetable oil for frying (I used olive oil). 2 cups shredded cabbage. 1/4 cup matchstick carrots (optional).
