Tuesday, December 29, 2009. 忘了这个小圆糕叫什么，只知道它的制作材料大概是糯米浆，椰子和糖。自那天逛市集，烹饪老师让我们试吃了这个小圆糕后，之后我的晚餐甜点都是它。在夜市里，5个小圆糕只需2000Kip。刚烤好的小圆糕，外酥内软，带着很浓郁的椰子香，在嘴里化成饱满的滋味。在寒冷的晚上，把它们吃到肚子里的时候，会让心情变得很好。学了怎么弄辽国人的沾酱，stuffed tofu, mok pa，湄公鱼沙拉和aw lam（蔬菜汤）。但最喜欢的还是热乎乎的aw lam。后记：一起上课的同学都是有伴的，只有我是一个人。看得出来有一位老先生不怎么会下厨，也没什么兴趣。但他却愿意陪伴妻子一起上烹饪课。。。我很羡慕～. The simple haven | building our dream

July 29, 2015. I decided to shoot him a text yesterday and prayed that he’d be in a position to respond. Within in 5 minutes, he did! We were so excited and he’s still willing to discuss the opportunity to buy part of his land! So awesome. He’s out of the country, but his first land deal should be done in 1-2 weeks. Guess I’ll have to catch him again afterward. Hopefully finishing that deal will keep us in mind and we’ll be moving along shortly. How are you making steps to keep pushing on your dream?
