Just another WordPress.com site. Asian Bourguinon and Carrot and Leek Pie. October 29, 2010. Tasmanian Salmon is without a doubt, the best salmon I have ever tasted. It’s buttery, smooth and not super salmony (if you will). The flavor of this fish is much more mild compared to some other salmons, which makes it a good friend to more delicate flavors. I’m doing two applications this week, broiling and grilling. Broiled Salmon with mixed green salad, pickled onions and candied pecans. 1 Tbl soy sauce.
