Its day 1 and almost 11 and I just realized that I didnt. Eat breakfast. So my goal for the rest of the week is to eat breakfast. Crazy that a fat girl forgets to eat, right? March 2, 2011} Where to now? So I am struggling to find good in everything this week. I am disillusioned and afraid that I will never be happy again. I feel alone and lonely and spend a lot of time with friends but even then I feel guilty because I feel like I’m being too dependent on people who have their own lives. Thursday, February 16, 2012. 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Pilates. It was challenging to me, but not too challenging to where I felt like I couldn't do it. I highly suggest this video if you are already working out at home or want to start. You will need a mat if you are on a hard surface and a couple of light dumbbells (water bottles work great too!
