October 30, 2014. October 30, 2014. So last year. Like the other 20 odd millions people, I saw the great glowey zoey. Video and…now I’ve got a little baby aaaaaaand it’s Halloween….I HAD. To roll my own. I’ve added a few additions – Full RGB Leds that are driven from a Processing script. A Teensy3 and the OctoWS2811 library drive the LEDS. If anyone is interested, I could write a tutorial on how to make one. All the code is on GitHub.

Learn to Code 3.0 Sol LeWitt Retrospective. November 6, 2013. April 11, 2014. Was an artist. A very clever one at that. At some point, he questioned the value of art that was “created” by one hand – the artist. Instead of creating art – the output. He created the input – the rules. So his art became sets of rules by which his draftsmen used as a basis to create his art. Genius. Well by recreating the art based on these rules, we might actually learn to code in the process.
