To sum up the week: I walked 2 1/2 miles on Tues, Weds, and Thurs, 2 miles on Friday, and 1 mile on Saturday. I drank more water than I usually do. I did not change my diet much. To sum up the week: I walked 2 1/2 miles on Tues, Weds, and Thurs, 2 miles on Friday, and 1 mile on Saturday. I drank more water than I usually do. I did not change my diet much.
