Instead of waiting to go to Amsterdam the next day they got us on the flight that left in two hours, meaning we would make it to our connecting flight to Rome on time! May 20, 2012 at 5:17 PM. Oh, my goodness! That must have been stressful! Were so glad that you were able to get a flight out in time to make your connection in Amsterdam to Rome.

Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Oh my God (yes the one in heaven).I have just discovered the most exciting bit of information about Italy.Italians normally eat supper at about 8:30 or 9:00PM. How can you not love a country where you are offered a "menu del giorno" (menu of the day) with a choice of appetizer, entree and dessert (plus sometimes wine or mineral water) and it is served at 8:30 or 9:00PM?
