Well, that’s not good. Arriving in New Orleans…whoa. →. October 1, 2011. The night before we left for New Orleans, LA, my friend Melody and I were too excited to sleep. So we had done some ‘bedtime yoga’ (which included air bicycling and the upward dog) to help us sleep. Yeah, that didn’t work. Finally we had drifted off at about one o’clock AM, only to be shaken awake by my mother two hours later. She was right, though. There are a few theories on why New Orleans is called ‘The Big Easy.’ One of them is the fact that it was so easy for musicians to make a living. Another is that when it got the nickname, it was a very laid-back low-stress city. I’ve never been to New Orleans and in no way would I call our arrival ‘easy.’. But back to the food. Randomitis…I have it. Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India →. July 3, 2012. However, you can’t walk blindly into the theater without knowing at least some backstory. A little is addressed in the film but not much. For example: Captain America being frozen in ice is something you probably should know, though it is mentioned in the movie. Σκέψεις και όχι μόνο. Κυριακή, 20 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015. Το πέρασμα των γενεών. Λένε ότι ξυπνάς μια μέρα και έχουν περάσει τα χρόνια χωρίς να το έχεις καταλάβει. Αυτή η πρόταση κρύβει μια μεγάλη αλήθεια. Την αλήθεια ότι ο χρόνος είναι σχετικός και πως θα τον περάσει και αντιληφθεί ο καθένας ακόμα σχετικότερο. Το καλύτερο κομμάτι όμως μιας πορείας είναι οι στιγμές που έχεις συλλέξει κατά την διαδρομή. Το να είσαι ριζοσπαστικός με τον ίδιο σου τον εαυτό σε αναγκάζει να επιλέγεις νέες διαδρομές και εμπειρίες.
