Monday, June 22, 2015. There are several members of our band that also belong to other RV singles groups. One of these groups is sponsored by Family Motor Coach Asso. Ciation called Singles International. They have a dance every year and invite ALL singles to come join in learning new dances, finding new dance partners, and dancing the evening away for 10 days, April 5th to the 16th. We arrived early to meet Gene since he wanted to show us his Texas. The first stop was San Antonio. That was a real bull.

Wednesday, July 31, 2013. My Plans are always made in Jell-O. The Ruckus in Lake Placid does not start until August 4 so I am taking my time. I got to leave Nexus on Monday afternoon, everything fixed but the USB so I will have to charge my phone the old fashion way, with a car charger. Saturday, August 01, 2015. After leaving the dance, a group of us WIN. S, started heading east to spend 10 months on the east coast. Our first stop was Port Aransas, TX. We were to park on the beach and enjoy the sounds of the waves and activities. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit. View outside my window. A gentleman that had just joined the WINs, Bryan, invited us for a barbeque at his home. The place was beautiful. Every morning we exercised on the beach by practicing the line dancing we had learned.

Thursday, March 27, 2014. Sewing Expo and Heading North. I went to the Original Sewing Expo. In Lakeland, FL. I normally attend the one in Virginia and was happy to see that there was one here. It was held March 20 - 22 at the Lakeland Center. There were workshops, quilting display galleries and SHOPPING! I was actually good this year. I love her clothing patterns for their simple looks. The top we made was called the Eureka Top. Disclaimer, this is not the top I made but one made by the instructor).

Thursday, October 09, 2014. Wood, Sand and Carousels. Our next stop was Junction City, Oregon from September 3-12 to attend a singles rally. This was a sold out event as it included other groups rather than just the WINs. One of the enjoyable activities on September 4 was to tour Hull Oakes lumber mill. Wednesday, April 16, 2014. My daughter and son-in-law gave me a solar shower. Where am I now? I am staying at Wood Lake Hunt Camp. Thursday, October 31, 2013. Yesterday, I decided to get out because I felt better but still a little weak. I really needed a change of scenery. The people here at this campground are very nice but their idea of fun is bingo and shuffleboard. I decided to go to the Salvador Dali.
