Last Saturday I was invited as a doula and henna artist to Well Rounded Momma's opening. A cool place to shop, take classes, and meet with douls'a and midwife April. I wondered if anyone would want to get henna done. it only took one person to start the snowball! I worked doing henna for 3 hours straight! Mosiah and Maui. snow cones!

It is basically a method to clear trapped emotions in your body through muscle testing and your subconcious mind. OK. sounds new agey. but I am a believer. The sway test. Try it now. Stand up. steady yourself. Think of all positive, all truth, Christ, God. what happened? Did you sway forward? Did you sway back? Me me me me me.

Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Spring Time = Get in Shape. Friday, May 7, 2010. This is how I roll. First Friday without mom. Unscheduled stop at Grandma Hyatt's. It turned out to be a really great day and I got him home to a nap just before Denise got home, so I looked like I was being a responsible parent. Living Life on Purpose. Friday, April 30, 2010. Still trying to figure out this whole blog thing. I was "encouraged" by my sister-in-law to post more, so she can read about my crazy life, I guess. The whole point of why I did this was to create some sort of accountability for myself, to try to grow and live my life with purpose instead of living it reactively, which is apparently the norm for me.
