Thursday, October 29, 2009. Every Year, the second weekend in October, Chandler has a Pow Wow Parade, Chili Cook Off, Festival, Circus, Etc. All the grade Levels have a float that they ride on and throw candy out to all of those that are watching. This year was a treat because Bud got to pull the trailer for Delanie's 2nd Grade Class.
