Jared, Karen, and Daphne. We've had a blast this month! Daphne plays concerts for me everyday. I sit quietly while she plays, then she looks at me for an applause. So cute. Daph's hair after a bath. Jared, Karen, and Daphne. OUR BEAUTIFUL GIRL. 18 Months Old. Daph turned 18-months-old on the 21st, and she is getting so grown up! We got her sweet little pictures taken as well as went to her well-check appointment. Here are her stats:. Weight: 22 pounds 12.5 ounces (40th percentile). Height: 32.5 inches (75th percentile). Jared, Karen, and Daphne. Look at this face. this little lady is who we get to look at every day. Daph LOVES cars, and tells me about every car she hears or sees outside. Her hair is gorgeous, and we love this outfit at the moment (which explains all the pictures of her wearing it). Looking through our friend's kitchen cupboards. Daph LOVES being outside and has started crying at the front door and standing by her stroller. She also got some snazzy new tennis shoes that she loves to show everyone....

Saturday, December 31, 2011. 2011 has already come and gone, and ohhh what an amazing year it was. Chris and I both agree that it was by far the best year of our lives. I got Lasik, going from legally blind to seeing better than perfect. Our wedding day, the most perfect day of my life so far. We went on our honeymoon to Mexico. Wednesday, November 7, 2012. So, I've decided that I need to be better at updating my blog, I want to be able to remember little things that are happening now down the road. Yesterday was the election, sadly Romney didn't win, I was really hoping that he would. BUT it's okay, everything happens for a reason, and there's no use complaining about things we can't change. Thursday, October 20, 2011. This past weekend, Chris and I went and saw the new Footloose with my parents and Cole. It was pretty dang raunchy for a PG-13, the show was fine but all the vulgar language and themes just made me like it a lot less. But anyway, that's not why I'm writing this post today. I thought everything was THE biggest deal. If something didn't go my way, it was the END of the world. I was very dramatic and probably really loud/annoying/obnoxious! I guess we'll see what the future brings.

Daniel, Kylie, Evalyn, and Preslie. Monday, August 25, 2014. I feel so lucky to get to live in Houston right now, even if its only for a few years. Having my babies play with my best friends babies is a pretty unique situation and these girlies kill me with their cuteness.
