Thus began The Surplus Project. Why donate to just one? In America, we are blessed with an overabundance of material goods. Why not share the bounty?

Here is a list of most needed items. If you have other items and aren't sure whether to donate, my advice to you is to ask, "Could I use this? If you (putting yourself in another person's shoes), say yes, than please donate! Gently used items are perfectly acceptable. Think of it as green-living. We are helping others and recycling simultaneously. Highlighted items are in highest demand. Relevant gift cards are also welcome. Diapers (size 4T and 5T). Bras - All Sizes. Women and Children's Underwear (new).
