Ten Months in Talca, Chile. Monday, July 6, 2009. After Sao Paulo, we were brought to the coast: Barra do Sahy. The beach resort was incredibly beautiful:. We took a boat ride to one of the nearby islands to sun on the beach. Had an excellent time all around and met some really fun people. Below is a picture of some of the other fellows. I have another week and a half before the end of the semester now before Lucas and I head north for our three week adventure in and around the Atacama.

Ten Months in Talca, Chile. Thursday, March 26, 2009. This past Saturday we took a trip to the Curico, a town about an hour north of Talca by bus. They were holding their annual wine festival in their central plaza, a plaza that the Rough Guide to Chile. 160;calls the "most beautiful plaza in Chile." Wine festival in the prettiest plaza in Chile? 160;It sounded like our kind of scene, so we caught the bus north on Saturday morning. First week of classes! Friday, March 20, 2009.
