Sunday, August 21, 2011. Baked Lemon Herb Chicken Breasts. Prep time: 15 minutes. Inactive prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 35 minutes. 1/4 cup olive oil. 3 tablespoons minced garlic (9 cloves). 1/3 cup dry white wine. 1 tablespoon lemon zest (2 lemons). 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 whole lemon (3 lemons in total should do the trick). 1 teaspoon thyme leaves. Salt and black pepper. 4 boneless chicken breasts. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 4 Bake for about 30-40 minutes. Saturday, August 20, 2011.

Saturday, October 13, 2012. 4 large kale leaves. 4 stalks of celery. 1 pager size hunk of ginger. 4 cloves of garlic. Ok I'm not going to lie, that sounds really gross and Joe himself says it's disgusting but he does it for the benefits. While I don't doubt that, I'd rather have some of those veggies separate from my shake and actually have something that tastes relatively good. So here's the concoction I put together in the morning:. A hand full of strawberries. 1 scoop of vanilla protein.

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. I managed to make it exactly one month and 2 days before I got sick again! This isn't right, what is going on? I was in Calgary for a conference, I didn't work out, I didn't train, or anything, just took it easy. But on my flight home, I started to feel it coming. Uh oh, I thought. By the time I was home I was already getting feverish. Makes me wonder if I should just live in a bubble. I can't give up yet, I just got push through a little bit longer. Workout of the Day.

Probably the most important part of Spartan training, hand to hand combat. How else are you gonna defeat all those pesky immortals? Kickboxing - 2 years experience. I'm currently on a 60 day handstand challenge. I'm going to spend 5-10 minutes everyday practicing the handstand, and by day 60 hopefully I'll be pro! Monday, October 17, 2011. How has this happened? I'm not even close to being overtrained! It's a week back into my routine, definitely not working that hard at all, and bam I'm sick again. That's twice this year, about 4 times last year. whaaaaaat is going on? This is so frustrating, how often do people usually catch a cold/fever, once a year? I need to eat more. This is what I usually eat on a daily basis. It doesn't change much, except sometimes I'll have a snack in the evening which might be a milkshake or noodles. It's nothing special, and I know it's probably not the best so any advice is appreciated. My knowledge of nutrition is very limited. Usually less than that, but whatever, I love it. I know this is probably not the best diet for putting on mass but it's difficult since I'm in still in school and have classes at different times eac...
