At the Cross Alone: November 2009
http://thecrossalone.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 2, 2009. It has been a busy couple of months around here. Fall is in full swing and so are the boys! They are moving and "running" all over the place which means we are moving right after them. They have figured out how to crawl down the stairs and giggle the whole way. They are putting more and more food in their own mouths which is FANTASTIC! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). RUSSELL, ALISON, CALEB, and JOSHUA. Brian, Erin, Micaiah, and Adriana. Kyle, Becky, and Ayden.

At the Cross Alone: September 2009
http://thecrossalone.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 2, 2009. I wanted to share one more special thing that Caleb has been doing the past couple of weeks. climbing on top of the chair! So far there is only one chair that is low enough for him to climb up on, but I'm sure that won't last as long. He is such a ham and is always so proud of himself once he accomplishes his goal as you can see by the pictures! I can only imagine what I will find him on top of as the days go by! Labels: Caleb and Joshua. 1 year and 2 months old. Matthias, M...

At the Cross Alone: Introducing Micah Peter Soppe
http://thecrossalone.blogspot.com/2010/07/introducing-micah-peter-soppe.html
Thursday, July 15, 2010. Introducing Micah Peter Soppe. As most of you know by now, Micah Peter Soppe was born on July 8, 2010 at 3:55 pm. He weighed 7 lbs 7 oz and was 21 and 1/3 inches long. Mom and Micah have been home for several days now and we are enjoying getting settled into being a family of five! Russell's aunt and uncle were here to watch Caleb and Joshua for us while I was in the hospital and it was great! I was successful at having a VBAC, so recovery has been much easier this time around!

The Dill Boys: Silas's 3rd birthday (back in Feb - still catching up!)
http://dillboys.blogspot.com/2009/04/silas-turns-3-still-catching-up.html
Tuesday, April 14, 2009. Silas's 3rd birthday (back in Feb - still catching up! Silas chose the Dinosaurs theme so here are the boys, decked out in Dino safari gear, ready for the party to start. The food spread included dino-shaped PBJ sandwiches and dino-jello-jigglers. The cake from Sam's was incredible. The plastic dinosaurs roared and lit up when you pushed their heads. And a fabulous theme, you are so creative! Miss you and wished we could have been there :( Love you all! The boys are sooo cute!

The Dill Boys: Yes, I know it is March
http://dillboys.blogspot.com/2009/03/yes-i-know-it-is-march.html
Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Yes, I know it is March. So here are some pictures from Christmas time! Joel was quite proud of this very impressive track he designed completely on his own. Joel played the wise man in his preschool Christmas pageant. His big line was "We'll follow the star! His teacher said he was the best wise man they've ever had. This picture is hilarious to me. Joel is 2nd from the left, having some kind of wardrobe malfunction. Christmas morning is finally here! March 14, 2009 at 1:55 PM.

The Dill Boys: September 2008

Thursday, September 11, 2008. Fill in the Blank Park Zoo. We journeyed to Des Moines on Labor Day weekend in order to take the kids to the zoo. The zoo in Des Moines is called "Blank Park Zoo" so we were amused enough by that name to come up with silly puns like the one above. It was a little intimidating trying to pet this guy. The llama was a little more manageable. It's the eldest Billy Goat Gruff! Currently a favorite bedtime story). Wow that is one hot mama! Here's the emu. See? Joel's jellyfish - I...

Thursday, July 31, 2008. Flashback - May travels. OK so I admit I am not a very consistent blogger. I will try to improve! Since I work on the computer all day supporting Hewitt web apps, I don't often feel like signing on after hours to post to my blog, unfortunately. But I will try to get better about squeezing in blogging sessions here and there. During one of my blogging hiatuses (hiatii? Anyway, we also met up with Jason and Roxanne and Annikah for our very last Chicago visit with them. :(. The next...
