The Tea House is a traditional riad and former tea merchant's house which, thanks to understated restoration, retains the atmosphere of the early 19th century medina. It is in one of the oldest parts of Essaouira, once a Jewish quarter, close to restaurants and to shops specialising in the town's craft traditions (jewellery, pottery, weaving, woodwork).
