The view from just another man on the street. A weekend with the N8. What's that song called again? The N8 comes with a 6 month subscription to Nokia's Ovi Music Unlimited. I had set up this up when i first got the phone and have been happily using my laptop to download some stuff missing from my connection. Music downloads can also be handled on the N8 as well, using the Ovi Music application. I had a golden opportunity to test this out this weekend. My wife. Thanks for the memories. There is also a homescreen widget for the Social app, which allows to update your status to both feeds though not individually, and it gives you a combined feed for both networks. The was reportedly an update to the app that automatically scrolled through the feed, and allows for photo uploads direct from the camera and photo album, but I have yet to see how this works. The view from just another man on the street. My set up at the moment is as follows. Contacts and calendar entries are handled primarily using Google, Gmail and Calendar. This has allowed some flexibility for me, meaning that I can remain phone brand agnostic, with the only prerequisite being a smartphone.
