Workroom Productions: Dog Show Quality
http://workroomprds.blogspot.com/2012/08/dog-show-quality.html
Mainly related to software testing. Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Tl; dr – I'm ranting about arbitrary judgement. I've been enjoying the occasional horse ballet. None at all, at a guess. But hey, if that's your bag, go to it. Occasionally, I'll be on site, or in a lecture, or talking with a colleague, or reading a paper, and the words ". Will pop into my head. Is where "Quality" is its own goal. A measured characteristic, where the measurement is made against an arbitrary set of criteria which don't ha...

Mainly related to software testing. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Autodidact, Testing Manager, Critical Thinker. Paradoxes as a testing excersize? Posted by Wade in Self-Education. I had a friend ask an interesting question. I wanted to share my initial response to his question as an excersize for anyone else that wants to take the same challenge. I see several flaws in my logic that could be cleaned up, but I like the rawness of my initial thought process. Please share your own responses in the comments. I would love to hear some feedback. Wadewachs: it would not grow.

The plan until Sunday morning was to share a cab with Helena. With Iain I had a good chat at the airport waiting for Aleksander. The conference already had a good start for me with that.

My second morning under the Swedish sun went better and my alarm woke me up. At the breakfast table I was joined by some new and tired faces and had good chats with them. One of multiple reasons for me to select this workshop was to experienc...
