Notes from the Chalkboard. Thursday, July 22, 2010. While exploring the Ning Network and Classroom 2.0 I found a discussion about the use of collaborative calendars. Which I found useful in making my decision to use my google calendar on my blog and using it to share with colleagues. I remember reading somewhere that we didn't need to keep up with all of the information that was on the network, and laughing as I found myself digging deeper and deeper throughout the network. I had joined the 23 Thingsters.

Notes from the Chalkboard. Friday, July 16, 2010. I literally spent probably two hours playing with my Delicious. I liked how the tags were shown in a cloud form to show the tags that were most abundant. It reminded me of the Wordle clouds that I can't wait to implement when we get back to school. In fact, I even found a great slide show by Tom Barrett. I checked the wiki to see if the site I had tagged with misd23things would show up, but it never did. I'm not sure why. I'll try again in a bit.

Bo, Shanda, and Bailey. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. I'm proclaiming today Cookie Day! Bailey and I went to school today to share lunch with one of my favorite custodians who is moving on to another job. One of the other teachers brought cookies so Bailey left with a whole bag all for herself. Boy did she love that! We ran around town today running errands and played at the Galleria playplace. Sunday, November 01, 2009. Halloween was BUSY this year! Both kids had a Haloween party at school. The cute little girl with Cooper is Scout.his girlfriend. He LOVES her! Everything is all about Scout. We hear about her everyday. She is pretty cute. Atleast he has good taste. The little boy with Kylee is Drew. They are best buds at school.
