The FEC yesterday dismissed complaints that the "60 Minutes" piece leading to RatherGate constituted an illegal corporate contribution to the Kerry campaign. The decision is important, in that it refers to the media exemption for bloggers:. Sounds like the FEC will come down on the side of granting bloggers the exemption.
