Happy Birthday, Clara! | The Townsends
https://thetownsends.wordpress.com/2013/09/02/happy-birthday-clara
The story of Sean, Laura and Clara. Happy Birthday, Clara! September 2, 2013. Sean & Laura Townsend. Our little girl is 1! We were blessed to have so many of the people that we love in the same place this weekend to celebrate Clara! The festivities started on her actual birthday with cinnamon muffins for breakfast, lunch with GiGi and Pops and Dinner at Chik-fil-A! Then we went to Barnes and Noble to pick out some presents. She picked 3 books and some wooden alphabet blocks🙂. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
Rush Week | The Townsends
https://thetownsends.wordpress.com/2013/07/31/rush-week
The story of Sean, Laura and Clara. July 31, 2013. Sean & Laura Townsend. Rush Week was last week in the Branson area and boy was it a doozie! I went two years ago and had a blast, so I was so excited when Sean and I worked out a plan for me to go this year. It took some extra help from GiGi and Pops, but I was able to leave the Hubs and Clara for a whole week. Thank goodness for FaceTime! I had a van and cabin full of 7th grade girls. Let me tell you, these girls were awesome! God definitely showed me s...
Clara at 10 Months | The Townsends
https://thetownsends.wordpress.com/2013/07/11/clara-at-10-months
The story of Sean, Laura and Clara. Clara at 10 Months. July 11, 2013. Sean & Laura Townsend. We took Clara’s 10 months shots at OBU, which is pretty special. The scenery was very pretty and it was fun to think that she might go there one day if she follows in her daddy’s footsteps! At 10 months, Clara is…. Approx 19 lbs…not sure on the height. Cruising well and still crawling with one foot and one knee. Wearing mostly 12 month clothes, size 3 diapers. Eating all manner of table food! You are commenting ...

The story of Sean, Laura and Clara. Clara at 12 Months. September 10, 2013. Sean & Laura Townsend. I can’t believe our girl is 1! So, a few things about the little lady. She started taking a few steps a few weeks before her birthday and at her party, decided to pull out all the stops and motor around. I think it was the clapping and cheering🙂. Speaking of, we are off bottles completely and totally a sippy cup girl! She still takes 2 naps a day, though, it is starting to get harder on the first one.

The story of Sean, Laura and Clara. Clara at 11 Months. August 22, 2013. Sean & Laura Townsend. I can’t believe Clara is almost a 1 year old! I am a little late posting this month…what’s new🙂 We were in Nashville over her 11 monthaversary so we took advantage of the new scenery! We took some pictures at a local park/war memorial. Let’s just say, these pictures are very Southern Belle! At 11 months…. Clara is in size 12 months clothes. Sleeping 11-12 hours at night and 2 1-1/2 hour naps each day. Fill in...

Inside the World of Matt & Elizabeth: May & June Happenings
http://mattandlizarnold.blogspot.com/2011/07/may-june-happenings.html
Sunday, July 10, 2011. May and June Happenings. If you're ever in Destin, the is a must-go location. There's also one in Dallas.I'll have to keep that in mind if we ever make a trip up there. Please excuse the poor quality of some of these pictures.they were taken with my iPhone. Another Broken Egg Cafe. The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Fast forward to June when we celebrated Matt's birthday. We had so much dessert! He had no idea! We went to Fogo de Chao for dinner and had so much food! He had no clue!

Sunday, November 29, 2009. I also blogged about brining. Brining was relatively easy, cheap and definitely worth it - our turkey was the juiciest turkey we've ever tasted, thanks to the brining. Matt, who is not a huge fan of turkey, is now a firm believer in brining. Here is a picture of the end result:. Even the homemade dinner rolls turned out yummy (they can be seen next to the turkey in the picture above). Friday, November 20, 2009. Another technique that I have learned about is brining.
Keeping Up with the Couts: January 2011

Keeping Up with the Couts. The life and times of the not-so-newlyweds. Monday, January 31, 2011. My goodness, that was short. Weekends are always short, when the week seems to drag on forever. What's with that? These weekends will not be around too much longer before baby comes! I'm trying to keep up with my normal schedule of housework, if you can call it a schedule. I am still not caught up on laundry from our trip to TX for Christmas b/c my energy has been so low. 2nd tri is here! Now it's Monday afte...

Monday, August 2, 2010. This is why we teach. I went to a training today. Yes, school is on full force now with trainings, meetings, and preparation. In this conference our superintendent, Dr. Anthony was speaking. He was sharing our current accountability ratings and the current trends in our district. Did you know that based on data, he predicts that our district will have more economically disadvantaged kids in 2011-2012 than not? What does that say about our future? For this reason, we must change...

Sunday, October 19, 2014. Continuing the tradition. I can do it. I can do it. I can do it. Just thinking of fitting 10 more pictures in is making me tired, but now I have to. We kicked off the month pictures with a lot of smiles. The squeaky toy worked it's magic! At JC Penney's you get all of 15 minutes and 20 shots (but I spent 13 bucks so I can't complain) so it's a crap shoot if you're getting anything. She saved the money shot for the very last snap. Saturday, December 25, 2010. The Joy of Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve was always an adventure around our house growing up. With Dad as the pastor of the Methodist church it meant for at least one Christmas Eve service. sometimes up to four and the family was always involved somehow. Last year with Peter gone it was a bit different. Everything seemed a little too calm and quiet. This year however made up for it all! I'm praying. Lord Help Me! All the stress from the past month, the past week, the past few ...

Monday, October 22, 2012. 30 by 30/12 of 30/Watch the Aggies play in Kyle Field. I am going to count this one even though I did not actually see a game in Kyle Field. I went to the A&M v. LSU game last weekend and tailgated. I decided to be responsible and not spend $250 on a ticket. It was a tough decision but tailgating ended up being amazing! I rode down to College Station with Leanne and Sarah. . 160; I miss you so much Mess! On Saturday, we met up with Abby before the game. It was a blast! Our fo...
