BROB'S CHALLENGE: What a B-Hole
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2012/10/what-b-hole.html
Sunday, October 7, 2012. Life gets a little crazy at times! Everyone knows what I am talking about. So we took a break off from posting. Yet I don't believe it was a bad thing, we have been busy the whole time. Brian has set up his new box, (CrossFit Big Horn)taking care of family, moving odd ends and whatever else shows up. I have been playing around doing whatever I do! My time for the B-Hole was 10:31? I however, forgot to throw on a vest. f*$K! There is always next time, right? But it's all good!

BROB'S CHALLENGE: July 2011
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 17, 2011. It has been more than five years since CrossFit found me. I say that it "found" me, and not the other way around, because I honestly had no idea what I was looking for with regard to a legitimate fitness program. I am just thankful that it did find me (via my buddy, Wade Adams. But this blog post is not about me; it is about the close bonds and friendships that I have made throughout my CrossFit journey. Anyway, here's what we did:. Five rounds for time of:. My time: 13:12 Rx'd.

BROB'S CHALLENGE: April 2011
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 29, 2011. CF Games Open WOD 11.5.set a pace. I will start off by saying this: Rob, you are a beast! Rob was able to get 300 reps for this WOD- and he had to transition from outside the box and back inside, just to do the WOD as Rx'd. Me, on the other hand, had the advantage of being able to complete all three movements within a compact area. I was reached my goal of 10 rounds, with two reps to boot (302 total). Sunday, April 24, 2011. CF Games WOD 11.5. 5 power cleans @65kg/145#. My score: ...

BROB'S CHALLENGE: The WOD That Started It All
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2012/10/the-wod-that-started-it-all.html
Sunday, October 7, 2012. The WOD That Started It All. Brob's #46 or "The B-Hole". It's been way too long. Nine months is the normal gestation period for human pregnancy - that's a decent amount of time. Of course, you can ask Kari, or any other mother, and they will probably agree with me. Nine months. That is how long Brob's Challenge has been dormant; however, we're back at it again! I won't make excuses as to why the challenge dropped off.I don't put much stock in excuses, even my own.

BROB'S CHALLENGE: May 2011
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 26, 2011. Okay, so Rob and I have gotten behind. Give us a break, it's the first time it has happened in about seven months. I could provide you with countless excuses, and how we "just didn't have time" but that is lame. You may have figured, that by now in my extensive wisdom, I would have a firm grasp on time management. Oh time, you heartless b&%ch! Anyway, let's get down to business with the belated Brob's Challenge #32:. In seven minutes, complete the following:. My score: 25 reps.

BROB'S CHALLENGE: November 2010
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 29, 2010. Back to the 'Burg" #9. The last couple of challenges had me thinking about what we could come up with next. Well Brian never ceases to amaze me. The #9 was right on the money. The weights were light enough to keep pushing. The reps were perfect for seeing how well we could do just that. The snow here made the sprints interesting. (I personally enjoyed the sprints the most because of the rest ;-D) Anyways, it just boiled down to how much you can take the "Suck". This workout wen...

BROB'S CHALLENGE: The First Challenge
http://brobschallenge.blogspot.com/2010/10/first-challenge_03.html
Sunday, October 3, 2010. Although I am still in Germany, Rob and I thought that we would kick off the challenge with a special WOD: "The B-Hole". This workout was in honor of our good friend,. Who will be departing Germany the same day as me. The B-Hole" goes as follows:. Wearing a 20lb vest, complete the following as quickly as possible:. Five rounds of "Cindy". One round of "Helen". Last round of "Fran". All pull-ups, chest-to-bar. All push-ups, "true push-ups". I finished the workout as Rx'd in. It's ...
