Last week first part done really well struggled at the weekend so half a pond really good. Thursday, 5 March 2009. I have completed my first week of scottish slimmers guess what I lost 4 1/2 lbs. Thursday, 15 January 2009. Training Wed 14th jan. Training - Wed 14 th. Jan at 8pm James Young astroturf pitches , Livingston. Nearly full squad turn out 15 in total. Few sprints to warm up, then onto Shooting practice with left then right foot. Then set piece training Corners Defending and attacking finished off with a short game 2 touch. Weather was very wet and astroturf. Flooded. ball not moving very well this week. Next game will be Sports Bar v Mid Calder utd. Mid Calder rooted to the bottom still.
