Lilla Loppan Photography: A little bit about me :)
http://lillaloppanphotography.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html
A little bit about me :). Hi, my name is Jenn Trunk, and I love taking pictures.all kinds of pictures. But I think the thing that draws me to photography is capturing life's little moments. This became more evident to me after I had a child of my own. I've taken THOUSANDS of photos of her (I'm not kidding! Here's a little background info on the name "Lilla Loppan" (pronounced "Lee-la Low-pahn"):. And my blog about my kidney disease can be found here. Can't wait to get to know you! http://thebadbadbeans.blogspot.com/2012/05/zero-club.html
The Bad Bad Beans. Thursday, May 3, 2012. Now onward to the day I can throw that box away. May 3, 2012 at 7:19 PM. Thats really great news! Careful not to wean off too quickly. ask the other girls- from what Ive read and heard from them, the biggest factor of success in staying in remission seems to be how slow you come off the pred. 4 weeks seems really fast! Even for just 20 mg! May 3, 2012 at 7:33 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Home, sweet home. I had my first follow up visit today since bein...

FSGS Sucks: 2015-07-26
http://fsgssucks.blogspot.com/2015_07_26_archive.html
Thursday, July 30, 2015. 1st dose of Ritixumab. The process has OFFICIALLY started! Yesterday, I went to Mayo to have my first dose of Rituximab. We left the house at 5:00am (which was PAINFUL) but made it to Mayo at 7:00am for labs. See how happy we are to be awake? Benadryl is awesome. It makes me SO sleepy. Neither was he when he got to eat the leftovers :). The most exciting thing out the infusion was that I couldn't do dialysis last night. A night of FREEDOM! Unfortunately, I kinda need dialysis for...

FSGS Sucks: Tick tock goes the clock
http://fsgssucks.blogspot.com/2015/07/tick-tock-goes-clock.html
Thursday, July 16, 2015. Tick tock goes the clock. I feel that I have experienced every single second that has passed since my great news 3 weeks ago. I'm still thrilled, but now I'm READY for the next step. I was finally able to get in contact with my donor coordinator this week (she was out on vacation) and she's had a chance to speak with the transplant nephrologist regarding my labs, and it doesn't sound like they were very good. As I understand it, a nephrectomy is probably a 2-month recovery. T...

The Bad Bad Beans: What is normal anyway???
http://thebadbadbeans.blogspot.com/2012/10/what-is-normal-anyway.html
The Bad Bad Beans. Sunday, October 28, 2012. What is normal anyway? I am dragging.and limping.and hurting tonight! I think I've overdone it a wee tad bit. I know I'm in remission and all, but I suppose it is still possible to overdo things (? Our little under the sea fairy. I love when the slide does this to her hair! Make Halloween cupcakes and go to a birthday party.check. She sings everything instead of saying it.my friend Shanna will vouch that I totally used to (still do actually) do this. I digress...

The Bad Bad Beans: Adventures with a Little Tea Pot / Mourning my Morning Coffee
http://thebadbadbeans.blogspot.com/2012/08/adventures-with-little-tea-pot-mourning.html
The Bad Bad Beans. Friday, August 24, 2012. Adventures with a Little Tea Pot / Mourning my Morning Coffee. Most of the good foods I already eat and love.berries, cherries, apples, grapes, celery, garlic, yellow onions, red onions, green peas, cauliflower, grass fed meat (in small portions), organic blue corn, curries, ginger, lowfat yogurt, and green tea. Mmmmmmm.garlic. The hard part is the foods I should avoid, and number one on the list is coffee. Remember the grass comment? August 25, 2012 at 7:48 AM.

FSGS Sucks: So.....when's the big day?
http://fsgssucks.blogspot.com/2015/06/sowhens-date.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Sowhen's the big day? This is a question I get asked daily. Totally makes sense since I got THE BEST NEWS EVER a week ago, but unfortunately, I don't have an answer to THIS question.yet. But I can't do ANY of this until my albumin goes up. Based off of my October labs, this makes sense, because I could go through the process of getting the Rituximab, but I'd just pee it all out. So, here's what the future looks like:. Get labs done at Davita. Wait for what seems like an eternity.
