Tuesday, August 28, 2012. A Grand Prize from Grand Marnier. Congratulations to The Cascade Room's. Dale Styner who yesterday won himself an all expenses paid, 4 day trip to the City of Lights, Paris. Dale's creation, "Le Grand Ponte" took out the top prize in the Grand Marnier. Cocktail Competition, hosted by the Canadian Professional Bartenders Association.
