Total Time: 1hr 15m. 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 stick unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups confectioners’ sugar. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, chopped. 1 With an electric mixer, beat the peanut butter and butter at medium speed until creamy.
