Menus & Prices. We are looking for a Junior Sommelier and an apprentice Commis Waiter/ Waitress. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop knowledge in food and wine service. You will be responsible for a section within the restaurant, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded and delivery of a high standard of service. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday, Bank Holidays and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

Menus & Prices. 250g of double cream. Beat them together until the mixture turns white (this will take 5 mins by hand). After the cream and milk has come to the boil add it to the yolk and sugar mixture. Whisk it lightly (still with the pod and seeds in). Return that to the pan, heat it to 84 degrees Celcius and stir gently. Scallops with Vanilla Gastrique and Vanilla Pear Compote (Serves 6). Zest of one orange. 60g white wine vinegar. 4 firm pears, peeled and sliced. Allow three scallops per person....
