Dunhill Blue was my poison although I would smoke anything from a Pall Mall Menthol to a Drum rollie in a pinch. I had tried to quit many times, cold turkey, medication that proved worse than the original problem, that stupid book etc etc. Nothing worked for longer than a couple of weeks before I was back on the nails.
